Wellness |

Wellness is a philosophy of life in which individuals are active participants in their own health. It is recognizing that your health means more than just a lack of illness. There are 8 dimensions of wellness, including intellect, body, livelihood, environment, friends, family, spirit and emotions.
Dr. Megan Neyer coaches individuals one-on-one and collaborates with other healthcare providers such as physicians, chiropractors, physical therapists, athletic trainers, exercise physiologists, nutritionists to support the complete health of a client.

Issues such as anxiety, cancer, allergies and other autoimmune disorders (e.g., inflammatory bowel disease) can be treated from a wellness model and clients can return to full health.
