Dr. Megan Neyer launched World Fit at St. Thomas More Catholic School on Monday, Mar 28th. World Fit is a program designed by US Olympians to end childhood obesity. It targets middle schools to get the children walking or doing some exercise activity for 45 minutes a day, everyday, for 40 days. Their miles are logged and the school competes against other schools across the country for total mileage. Higher, faster stronger!!!
